(2) The viscosity of semi-solid metal is larger than that of liquid metal, and the flow rate at the inner gate is low, so there is less splashing, no turbulence, and less air involved when filling; Due to the shrinkage of semi-solid metal, the casting is not easy to appear loose and shrinkage holes, and the casting quality is high.

(3) Semi-solid metal is transported to the press chamber like a soft solid, and the operation is simple and convenient.
