Independently design and manufacture die-casting molds, stamping molds, in-mold injection molds, CNC clamping fixtures, with a monthly capacity of about 30 sets. There are more than 20 engineers who have been engaged in mold design for 5 years. The workshop is about 5000 square meters, divided into milling machine area, grinding machine area, EDM area, CNC machining area, assembly area, testing area. The independent testing area is equipped with 2*1m large stroke coordinate, projector, material hardness tester, etc.
